Leave behind the distractions of modern life and immerse yourself in a fairytale world of pristine nature, enjoying the tranquil serenity of winter at Giessbach. From November 2026 to March 2027, the Grandhotel Giessbach welcomes you, open from Wednesday
to Sunday.
After a refreshing walk in the park, read your favorite book by the fireplace while enjoying a hot cup of tea or a suitable glass of wine. In the evening, our restaurant team will pamper you with lovingly prepared creations and a variety of regional dishes from the famous Giessbach kitchen in the historical rooms.
Our Parkrestaurant "Les Cascades" is open for lunch and dinner for day visitors as well. Please make a reservation in advance and check the opening hours.

NEW Winter Offer: Giessbach Barrel Sauna & Massages
Treat yourself to a soothing escape at Giessbach. Experience our barrel sauna, nestled in a unique natural setting overlooking the natural pool and surrounded by the tranquillity of the forest. Complete your wellness experience with our relaxing massages, designed to rejuvenate both body and mind.
From 21 October 2026 to 21 March 2027, we serve our daily menu «Les Cascades» at the Park Restaurant from Wednesday to Sunday at lunchtime. The menu begins with soup or salad, followed by a seasonal main course. To finish, a sweet creation from the Giessbach Patisserie rounds off your lunch.

During exclusive events, such as the Giessbach Sessions or private events, the hotel and restaurants will be closed to all guests not attending the event.
Restaurant & Bar Opening Hours
From November to March, the restaurant and bar are open from Wednesday noon to Sunday afternoon. For more information, please see the "Restaurant & Bar" section.

Dogs
Dogs are not allowed in the Parkrestaurant "Les Cascades", the "Elisa Bistro & Terrace", or the breakfast room. You are welcome to leave your four-legged friend with our reception team.
Dogs are warmly welcomed in the lobby, hotel bar, and on the bar terrace. They are also welcome in the Salon Davinet if available.
In the entire nature park and Giessbach area, dogs must be kept on a leash – unleashed dogs are not allowed.
