Combining nostalgia and regionality is one of our most important principles. So enjoy our varied selection of Swiss spirits and cocktails alongside a selection of bar classics from around the world.

Daily from 10 a.m. - 11.30 p.m. (cocktail service from 3 p.m.
We will be happy to spoil you with coffee & cake and small snacks until 5.30 pm. From 5.30 p.m. until 10 p.m. we serve a selection of Giessbach classics from the bar snack menu (last order 9.45 p.m.).
No reservations are being taken for the hotel bar.
Opening hours hotel bar 01.11.2023-26.03.2024:
Open Wednesday to Saturday from 11.30 a.m. - 11.00 p.m.
From 11.30 a.m. - 1.45 p.m. we serve cake, Plättli & soup and from 1.45 p.m. - 9.45 p.m. we serve a selection of Giessbach classics from the bar snack menu. (last order 9.45 pm). Exception Wednesday: As the Park Restaurant is closed for lunch on Wednesday, we serve the snack menu from 11.30 a.m. on this day.
