We are delighted to welcome you to our Parkrestaurant "Les Cascades" where you can enjoy a cozy indoor dining experience. Table reservations can be made on our website under Book a table or by calling +41 (0)33 952 25 25.

Day visitors are also welcome for lunch and dinner in our dining areas. Please note that on evenings with exclusive events, the hotel will be closed.

In the evening, we spoil you with the 4-course Giessbach Dinner for CHF 79.00. Alternatively, you may choose from our Classics Menu. In winter, we serve fresh, seasonal dishes from our daily menu at lunchtime.

Dinner: Wednesday to Saturday: 6:00 pm – 10:00 pm
The hotel and restaurant remain closed on Mondays and Tuesdays.

At lunchtime,the Parkrestaurant “Les Cascades” remains closed. We would be happy to accept your reservation at “Elisa Bistro & Terrasse”.
