We are delighted to announce that our Atelier Restaurant «Le Tapis Rouge» has undergone an exciting remodelling and is now starting a new chapter as «Elisa - Bistro & Terrace».
Our commitment to high quality products from our own garden, regional producers and fresh fish from Lake Brienz remains at the heart of what we do. These principles are not only a matter of course for us, but will also be reflected in the new concept with the usual kitchen craftsmanship.
