Forest Parking Area
Parking tickets available soon – the barrier gate will be operational shortly.
A limited number of paid day parking spaces are available in the Giessbach Nature Park.
You can conveniently purchase your guaranteed entrance ticket for the forest parking area online.
Permitted vehicles: passenger cars and minibuses up to a maximum of 7.5 tons.
Entry without a valid ticket is not possible. Purchased tickets are only valid on the selected day and at the booked time and are non-refundable.
Summer (April to October)
Day ticket: CHF 15.00 per vehicle – entry possible until 6:00 p.m.
Evening ticket: CHF 10.00 per vehicle – entry from 5:45 p.m.
Exit possible until 11:59 p.m. of the selected day.
Winter (November to March)
Day ticket: CHF 10.00 per vehicle
Exit possible until 11:59 p.m. of the selected day.
The parking fee supports the Giessbach Foundation for the People of Switzerland, which maintains the entire 22-hectare park, including gardens, greenhouses, hiking trails, and the Giessbach funicular.

Hotel Guests
Overnight guests may use the hotel’s parking area for CHF 15.00 per vehicle and night. A few days prior to arrival, each guest receives a "first entry ticket" via email as a QR code. Please have this ready on arrival.
At check-in, you will receive your combined ticket for the entire stay (parking and funicular access).
Travel Coaches
Access by coach is only permitted with a special permit from the hotel.
There is a general driving ban on the Axalpstrasse and throughout the Giessbach Nature Park. The road is mostly single-lane and turning around is not possible.
